Breakfasts can give a lot of people trouble. They get tired of eating eggs every morning or they don't even have time to make eggs. Many people are stuck in the mindset that only certain"breakfast" foods can be eaten at breakfast. Some don't want breakfast at all.  Wherever you fall in the wide range of breakfast preferences you'll find lots of ideas here on this page with links to easy and efficient Paleo diet breakfast recipes.

When you make pancakes, make extra, bag them up, and throw in the fridge - they are great the next morning. Just spread some almond butter on them, grab your bulletproof coffee, and head out the door.

Boil eggs on the weekend. Cool and peel them and then put them into containers and shake some smoked sea salt, smoked paprika, and pepper on them.  Try basil, hickory salt, and garlic nuggets. Maybe pizza seasoning, or rosemary. Branch out and find some favorites.

All my "Crunch" recipes are great to grab a bag and go. They also work like Paleo cereal with coconut milk, almond, milk, or real-deal organic whole milk. Find what works for you but break the fast and have some breakfast.
