Recipe Revisit from Sunday, July 29, 2012
Ger put the following ingredients into a mixing bowl:
1 package almonds (look at your ingredients - almonds should be the only ingredient)
local honey
dark cocoa
(he said he didn't measure, so check the blurry photo and I'll take a better photo the next time I make them)
I swear he mixed it up with his hand! The almonds were gooey and covered.
Next, he washed his hands and rubbed coconut oil on a cookie sheet.

He spread the almonds out and put them into a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
He let them cool and broke them up. Yum!
I came along later and put what was left in a Ziploc bag. But, they won't last long...... they are easy and have no sugar. I think they are better than the ones you buy at the store.
Ger heard about this from Jared. (Are all firemen good cooks?) Everyone needs to know how to cook some things, right?
